DIVO Wellness

Nick has created a beautiful studio built on his love of educating and holding a space for others to be mindful, rooted, and to bloom in self awareness and love, plus giving a place for like minded souls to connect. He brings so much education and smarts in his field that you wonder how many lives he's had haha! You can definitely tell his self awareness, growth, and education is infused in his teaching! And anyone he chooses to teach here will also be someone who exemplifies the above things as well! I attend the hot yoga classes mainly and enjoy the way it melts my muscles and both calms and energizes my mind, body, and soul!

DIVO Wellness is absolutely fantastic. Nicholas is an amazing teacher/guide/coach. He designs classes for all levels of experience. I'm new to hot yoga, but Nicholas encouraged me to take things slowly, without judgement. I'm beginning to see results during and after each class. My back and hips are pain-free for the first time in years due to the personal attention Nicholas gives to every person that walks in. I'm so glad I found DIVO an I highly recommend it.

I could not recommend this place more! Nicholas is an incredible teacher and has a wealth of knowledge on all things yoga.
