Dizzy After Hot Yoga: What to Do?
Get expert answers to your hot yoga questions and discover the perfect studio for your practice.
Answer:
Feeling dizzy or nauseous after you've left the room is a delayed reaction and a clear sign of dehydration and/or electrolyte imbalance. You should sit or lie down immediately. Do not try to walk around or drive. Sip an electrolyte drink or water, and if possible, have a salty snack. Inform a studio staff member of how you are feeling. If the symptoms are severe or don't improve, seek medical attention.
