The 90-minute class is the original, traditional Bikram sequence, where all 26 postures are performed twice. The 60-minute class is a condensed, express version. To fit into the shorter timeframe, some postures may only be performed once, and the time between poses is often shortened. While the 60-minute class is a great workout, the 90-minute version is considered more therapeutic and meditative.
